CEO – Arjun Kalani

Arjun holds a strong background in corporate Information Technology and Business Management and Operations. Originally from India, Arjun immigrated to the United States in the early 1980’s. He received his Bachelor of Science from Albright College, majoring in computer science and mathematics. During the time that Arjun attended Albright, he worked for Boscov’s Department Stores in Reading, Pennsylvania, where he was asked to enter the Corporate Management trainee program. Upon completion of the program, Arjun was promoted to Assistant Inventory Control Manager for Boscov’s corporate headquarters. After graduating from Albright, Arjun was asked to set up a new operation for Boscov’s, called Tristar Products. As Director of Operations, Arjun built and ran all aspects of operations for Tristar, including the distribution centers and warehouses across several states, helping to bring the start up to 30 million dollars in less than 3 years.

Leaving Tristar to pursue his dream to work for Arthur Andersen, Arjun took on the challenge of working in the then booming IT industry, working as an Information Services Consultant for Andersen Consulting, later to become Accenture. Gaining formal work experience in Information Technology and Internet methodology in the financial sector at SEI Investments, Arjun worked closely with clients within the financial industry, and was part of the Y2K project to convert banks to compliancy for the next century.

As IT jobs began shipping overseas, Arjun turned his interest to sales by joining the automobile industry. Arjun utilized his technology experience and expertise by actively learning and growing automobile sales on the Internet. Arjun was tasked with setting up an Internet sales department. Adhering to regulations, he also wrote steps and rules for employees and management to utilize. Employing all of his vast knowledge and experience, Arjun opted to open a consulting firm, with his wife, Eileen. To that end, Arjun has learned web design, online marketing, placement, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
